We hope you've experience a sense of wonder by stepping into Alaska on one of our active eco-adventures. We'd love it if you would take a few moments to share your images with us and enter the 2011 Capture Juneau Photo Contest.
How To Enter Your Photo(s):
1) Download Google's Picasa, its FREE photo editing and sharing software. Click on either the Windows link or the Mac link below:
2) Sign in to Picasa Web Albums with your Google account or create a new Google account by clicking the following link:
3) Open Picasa, and select your photo(s) to upload. Click the "Upload" button, give your album a cool name. Be sure to adjust your privacy settings to make your album visible to the Public, or else we will not be able to see your album online.
4) When the upload is finished, click "View Online". Your web album will open and then you must tag each of your images with the following:
- Gastineau Guiding Company
- 2011 Capture Juneau Photo Contest
- The full name of the Gastineau Guiding Company tour you were on (i.e. Photo Safari by Land & Sea)
- Your First and Last name
- The Subject of the photograph (choose between the following subjects: Alaska Wildlife, Travelers on Tour, or Wilderness Scenes)
5) Now just send in your entry form per the directions in the 2010 Official Contest Rules and be sure to share your images with your friends & family, then you're done! Keep your gallery posted until the contest term has ended (See details in the PDF link below).
